ON THE CUSP OF TOTAL CHAOS

We are beginning to see in this country an unraveling of the societal fabric. The government’s decades-long efforts at fomenting a race war are coming to fruition. The trillions of dollars spent bombing people into the stone age have brought across our open borders millions of enemies who wish to harm anyone connected to this country. Since these people do not command armies or navies they will use whatever means and weapons are available to them.

I call this chaos. Many I am sure will refer to it as anarchy, but they would be incorrect. Anarchy is defined as “without leaders.” It does not differentiate between good leaders and bad leaders, it just means without leaders. Government and its shills would have you believe that chaos is anarchy because it supports the state’s agenda with their pronouncement that being without government is anarchy.

History shows governments are much more prone to chaos than is anarchy. Our government today is a prime example. Years and years of socialist doctrine and promoting racial divide is now coming home to roost. Riots in the streets, shootings, and murder every hour of every day. Inner cities are a war zone. That, people, is chaos. For decades the government has stated we have problems that only that government can remedy provided they take enough of our freedoms and money. Then, when their programs and wars turn to chaos they remind us they need more of our freedoms and money and then everything will be fine. But it never is. Yet, the faithful keep voting.

Robert Higgs in his book, “Crisis and Leviathan: Critical Episodes in the Growth of American Government” makes a valid point about what governments have done and what anarchy hasn’t.

Anarchists did not try to carry out genocide against the Armenians in Turkey; they did not deliberately starve millions of Ukrainians; they did not create a system of death camps to kill Jews, gypsies, and Slavs in Europe; they did not firebomb scores of large German and Japanese cities and drop nuclear bombs on two of them. They did not carry out a “Great Leap Forward” that killed scores of millions of Chinese; they did not attempt to kill everybody with any appreciable education in Cambodia; they did not launch one aggressive war after another; they did not implement trade sanctions that killed perhaps 500,000 Iraqi children.

In debates between anarchists and statists the burden of proof clearly should rest on those who place their trust in the state. Anarchy’s mayhem is totally conjectural, the state’s mayhem is undeniably, factually horrendous.”

Governments with elected leaders have brought untold death and destruction to our world. In the 20th Century alone government’s murdered over 200 million of their own citizens. Governments and their leaders, especially in our country, frequently operate outside the limits delegated to them by their citizens, yet, those citizens continue to support those unconstitutional governments with votes, blood and money, somehow hoping their government will, by magic, revert to its primary task and cleanse itself of corruption. Gonna take a lot of “hoping” to get that job done.

Americans are a strange lot; they claim they want constitutional government yet continue to support with votes and money political parties and leaders who openly admit they will not honor their sacred oaths to uphold and defend and actually promise to violate that oath many times while campaigning. To counter their obvious insanity and complicity in the corruption of their own government, they appeal to hope for help.

Patrick Henry warned us all 228 years ago: “Guard with jealous attention the public liberty. Suspect everyone who comes near that precious jewel. Unfortunately nothing will protect it but downright force. When you give up that force you are ruined.”

Behold what the Public Fool System and the support for entitlement programs and unconstitutional, tyrannical wars has brought us. Americans, instead of guarding the public liberty, continually vote for politicians who they know will violate their sacred oaths and remove even more of our liberties. Many claim they do so to keep themselves and their families safe. Balderdash–how can anyone keep you safe by killing and bombing people whose relatives and fellow countrymen will eventually find a way to retaliate, especially if you leave your borders unprotected and pay them to immigrate.

Our government’s insanity has been ongoing for years, yet millions continue to support that corrupt government with votes and perverted patriotism. How can you distrust a government completely yet believe that same government’s employees should be honored and their actions deemed heroic? The heroic action for these employees would be to honor one’s oath to uphold and defend against all enemies foreign and DOMESTIC! Ah, several former government employees have attempted to do just that. But the perverted patriots call them traitors. Just ask Edward Snowden, Chelsea (Bradley) Manning, Thomas Drake, John Kiriakou, Jeffrey Sterling and many others. Those who have demonstrated true patriotism are called traitors by a government of criminals while legions of perverted patriots cheer wildly. And we wonder at the chaos we now see in our streets and ignore even more chaos on the horizon. This chaos was not brought to you by anarchists, it was brought to you by the politicians you vote for.

So, as you begin to prepare to listen to tonight’s debate between two candidates who have been thoroughly vetted by the power cabal/deep state/international bankers, please count for me all the times either of those candidates refers to the limits on government established by our founders; all the times they mention Samuel Adams, Thomas Jefferson or Patrick Henry; and what you have to lean on constitutionally with the candidate you choose to vote for.

If you come away from this debate with anything more than “hope” that things will get better instead of worse in this country, please pass that along. But, as a friend sent to me on Sunday, remember, “hope is neither a course of action nor a force multiplier.”

“WHAT YOU GONNA DO WHEN THEY COME FOR YOU?”

Recently, in response to my article titled “Cold Hard Facts” I received the following comment. “What do you recommend instead of voting, armed conflict?” One would have to be mad to recommend armed conflict in a public forum. For years I have been an avid proponent of civil disobedience when it comes to the application and enforcement of unconstitutional acts by our government. Jefferson referred to the act as nullification in his Virginia Resolution of 1798. I once had an article rejected by a premiere libertarian website with the admonition that my writing represented “a clarion call for civil disobedience.” I wear that rejection as a badge of honor.

While I would always reject the initiation of “armed conflict” by anyone, I can guarantee you that if you live long enough and this government continues on its present course, armed conflict is definitely in your future. When the authorities come for your privately owned firearms as they did in New Orleans after Katrina or come to your home to arrest you for supporting our Constitution and Bill of Rights or for being Christian or opposed to abortion (potential domestic terrorism) it is too darn late to vote yourself freedom no matter how many “lesser of two’s” you can find.

This country has involved itself in unprovoked war after unprovoked war since 9/11. All of these unconstitutional acts have created millions of people whose greatest goal in life is to seek revenge against the “great satan” which bombed their countries and killed their friends and loved ones. To ignore this reality is beyond stupid.

Now, for some reason, our government has decided to bring hundreds of thousands of “refugees” who hate this country for its past indiscretions and provide nests for them here where they can operate with relative immunity and to also provide them with money on which to carry out their mission. I know of no better definition of societal insanity. Obviously, no one in our government is well versed in third or fourth generation warfare principles.

Folks, for 150 years plus we have been sowing the wind in regards to entitlement programs and more recently with our unconstitutional aggressive wars and militarized police. Those in the entitlement society have no concept of there being limits on how much of other people’s property they are entitled to. We are just now beginning to reap the whirlwind. Look at the streets of America; as Patrick Henry so eloquently stated “we have turned ourselves into beasts” listening to that siren song called “hope.”

History will look back on this moment in American history as one of the most absurd times ever. We send our military thousands of miles away to fight an alleged enemy, yet leave our borders unprotected. We completely ignore the possibility that those countries which we are bombing indiscriminately might have citizens who would seek revenge for those actions and lacking an army and navy might just find a way to walk across our open borders and seek retribution.

People, the chickens are coming home to roost. Decades of bowing to the forces of cultural Marxism, diversity, tolerance, unconstitutional wars, evil politicians–whether greater or lesser, an educational monstrosity that converts fertile young minds into useful idiots and a post-secondary education system that is teaching the worship of all things government while putting young people into massive debt and converting them into dumbed down advocates of the system that has destroyed their country. Christians, constitutionalists, and others are sending their children into a morass called education wherein those children will be indoctrinated and taught that everything they learned as a child from their parents is wrong. Of, course these are the same parents who are paying astronomical amounts for this “education.”

“Armed conflict” is coming soon to a venue near you. It is currently all over the news. Jihadist sleeper cells have been active in this country since 1979 according to our own intelligence agencies. Tom Ridge, the first director of Homeland Security stated there were several dirty bombs in this country which had been brought across our borders. Of course, our politicians and the military/industrial/banking complex, using our tax dollars and billions of borrowed dollars have created and funded scores of masochistic villains with which to justify more future wars. Now, bordering on insanity, they intend to bring the victims of their wars in Syria, Iraq, Libya, Pakistan, Chad, Afghanistan, Somalia, and other countries right here to our towns and cities. al Qaeda, Al Nusra, ISIS and Hamas are creations of our own government. These people hate us with a passion for the damage and death we have delivered indiscriminately to their homes and families, so now our leaders are inviting the military aged male survivors to America for an extended visit, at our expense of course.

I started this article Friday while listening to reports of riots and shootings in several cities including Charlotte, and New York among others and stabbings in Minnesota. Of course, the mass genocide that is occurring in Chicago is seldom mentioned, what being the home town of Hillary and Obama. This morning I awoke to news of a shooting in a mall in the state of Washington. “Armed conflict” is on the rise.

Yes, people, “armed conflict” is going to happen. It is the culmination of years and years of voting for one idiot after another because they were not the candidate you hated and they were less evil than their opponent. But, rest assured, as things begin to get progressively worse and shootings, stabbings, assaults and rapes increase across the land, these idiots will do everything within their power to convince us the only answer is more gun control. And the useful idiots will cheer for gun confiscation as they mourn the deaths of the habitually unarmed among us.

Yes, Virginia, increasing violence is definitely in the not too distant future for many of us. We have two large holidays approaching in which shopping with large crowds will produce fantastic targets of opportunity for those who wish us harm and for a government that frequently uses false flag events to turn our attention away from the fact this country exceeded broke and destitute many years ago. Please plan accordingly for “armed conflict” and the inevitable aftermath where food, water and ammo become very important.

(Author’s note: Several of my readers have been offended by some of my recent postings reference Donald Trump. Some have even asked to be removed from my list. Those who chose to address my points have consistently voiced their faith in the virtue called “hope.” I quoted above Patrick Henry’s admonition about listening to the siren song of hope until it turns us all into beasts. I certainly believe we have arrived at that point. Hope all you want, but go armed and prepared for we are just beginning to reap the whirlwind.

THE COLD HARD FACTS

A great many citizens of this country have an aversion to the truth and facts when those objects make them uncomfortable. Those citizens seek comfort and not reality. They yearn for the easy fix and believe a totally corrupt government can be remedied and brought back to what it was intended if only the right person can be voted into office. After all, voting is easy and doesn’t really require much effort at all—a simple trip to the polling place, perhaps a couple of minutes in line and then a few minutes filling out a ballot. In many cases today the government has made it so simple and painless you can do it from the comfort of your home.

There is a huge problem here that all too many do not see–or do not want to see. When it comes to corrupt government, a fact that is emblazoned across the pages of history is simply this: voting is like making an excuse, the only person pleased is the one who casts the vote, for then that person can sit and crow about contributing to a democratic form of government. Simply ignoring the fact our founders abhorred a democracy is lost on the historically challenged for inevitably someone on the lobotomy box (TV) or some idiot who teaches in the public fool system said our form of government is a democracy and by damn that settles it. Those people are sanctioned by the government and are incapable of lying, just ask Hillary or Bill!

Back in 1775-6 Americans were faced with a corrupt government, run by King George III, a government that was fairly docile compared to the government we have in this country today. Yet, many like John Hancock, Samuel Adams, Paul Revere, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson and others yearned to be truly free and independent. I have read our Declaration of Independence on many occasions and have paid special attention to the third paragraph which I refer to as a “bill of indictment.” Imagine if you will that Jefferson in all of his eloquence forgot to mention voting as a sure-fire remedy which could be used to stop government oppression and corruption. What’s up with that? Had Jefferson been able to view FAUX News, PMSNBC, CBS, ABC, NBC, social media and the internet I am sure he would have recommended voting instead of secession from the tyranny of the day. After all, voting has brought us increasing freedom and liberty over the course of the past 150+ years, especially when we allow everyone to vote whether they are citizens or just passing through. Each and every election brings us closer and closer to socialist nirvana so why not continue to use voting as our number one weapon against bad government?

People, you cannot fix this out of control government with a vote—it just will not happen. While voting is free, true liberty requires more than mailing in a ballot or a visit to a polling booth. Rightful Liberty was defined thusly by Thomas Jefferson–please notice the absence of support for voting in his definition.

Rightful Liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add “within the limits of the law” because law is often nothing but the tyrant’s will and always so when it violates the rights of the individual.”

Using Jefferson’s definition above, how much liberty do you claim to have in today’s world? Jefferson mentions the law as the “tyrant’s will” which is his only reference to government in this quote. The government uses its “laws” in order to control the very people whose rights they are tasked with protecting. Our government is a total perversion to what it was intended to be. Good government does not require force when it restricts itself to its narrow limits as defined in our Bill of Rights. It is when the government seeks to expand its limits which require a standing army of military, police, and bureaucrats to enforce its oppression that things go terribly wrong. This cannot be fixed with a vote. It has gone too far–government has become the Borg—“resistance is futile.”

What more is required to prove voting will not change anything than the fact voting is encouraged by government officials, politicians, bureaucrats and the media? Do you really believe if voting would return us to constitutional governance and limit government to only its delegated powers, members of the government and media would be encouraging it? Dream on broomstick cowboy!

I totally understand the frustration of millions with the path our government has taken. Voting got us there–it cannot take us back to the government of Jefferson. But, it is when that frustration turns to idolatry of one candidate because they aren’t the other candidate is when it becomes most disconcerting to those with a working knowledge of the facts of history.

Millions will vote for Trump simply because he is not Hillary. Others are claiming Trump will do certain things once elected like arrest and charge Obama and the Clintons for crimes they have committed. Never freaking happen, people. Others are making claims that Trump will negate all of Obama’s executive orders. Again, never happen.

Many are upset with the Neocons in the Republican Party because they do not support Trump. In my humble opinion, this was all part of the master plan. While people like the Bush’s, Paul Ryan, Mitt Romney, Bill Kristol, Lindsey Graham and many others are criticizing Trump they are only strengthening Trump’s position. Trump, through his own words and the words of his running mate, has confirmed for all to hear that he will continue with the government status quo reference unconstitutional wars and abject tyranny toward the people. To the people in a black church in Detroit, Trump stated, “Being the nominee of the Party of Lincoln is the greatest honor of my life.” He also stated, “It is on (Abraham Lincoln’s) legacy that I hope to build the future of the party, but more important, the future of the country and the community.” Video proof of these statements can be found here.

Trump said the above statements “came from the heart.” If Trump is so historically ignorant that he does not comprehend or understand how Abraham Lincoln and the Radical Republican Party of 1861-1872 did more damage to the government of our founders, our Constitution and Bill of Rights than Obama has in the past 7 plus years, he is unworthy of holding any public office, especially the office of chief executive. The very tyranny this country faces today emanated from the “Party of Lincoln” which shut down the opposition press, jailed indefinitely without due process tens of thousands of those who spoke out against him, waged an unconstitutional war on his own people, and instituted the income tax and the IRS among countless other violations of our Constitution that time and space prevent listing.

Let us couple that with the recent statement by Mike Pence, Trump’s running mate that he intends to model his Vice Presidency after the example of Dick Cheney. Pence has also stated the Nation of Israel should dictate U.S. policy. If these statements don’t scare you straight, call 911, you need immediate medical assistance.

If you vote for either party’s candidates in this next election you will be sorely disappointed if adherence to our Constitution and Bill of Rights is of any importance to you at all.

Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, Paul Revere, John Hancock, Samuel Adams, Patrick Henry and many more of our founders did not believe that voting for a better candidate would bring them the freedom and liberty they sought. Obviously, they were much more mentally astute than is America’s Joe Sixpack.

Patrick Henry addressed the problems that faced our founders in a most famous speech. Most Americans only remember the last line of that speech but the body of Henry’s heartfelt plea is even more relevant today than it was when he voiced it. I have selected part of that speech and included it below. If you base your reason for voting for anyone, including Trump, simply on hope, you will not like what Patrick Henry had to say–but–you might want to read it anyway.

“… it is natural to man to indulge in the illusions of hope. We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth, and listen to the song of that siren till she transforms us into beasts. Is this the part of wise men, engaged in a great and arduous struggle for liberty? Are we disposed to be of the number of those who, having eyes, see not, and, having ears, hear not, the things which so nearly concern their temporal salvation? For my part, whatever anguish of spirit it may cost, I am willing to know the whole truth; to know the worst, and to provide for it.

I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided; and that is the lamp of experience. I know of no way of judging of the future but by the past. And judging by the past, I wish to know what there has been in the conduct of the British ministry for the last ten years, to justify those hopes with which gentlemen have been pleased to solace themselves, and the House? Is it that insidious smile with which our petition has been lately received? Trust it not, sir; it will prove a snare to your feet. Suffer not yourselves to be betrayed with a kiss. Ask yourselves how this gracious reception of our petition comports with these war-like preparations which cover our waters and darken our land. Are fleets and armies necessary to a work of love and reconciliation? Have we shown ourselves so unwilling to be reconciled, that force must be called in to win back our love? Let us not deceive ourselves, sir. These are the implements of war and subjugation; the last arguments to which kings resort. I ask, gentlemen, sir, what means this martial array, if its purpose be not to force us to submission? Can gentlemen assign any other possible motive for it? Has Great Britain any enemy, in this quarter of the world, to call for all this accumulation of navies and armies? No, sir, she has none. They are meant for us; they can be meant for no other. They are sent over to bind and rivet upon us those chains which the British ministry have been so long forging. And what have we to oppose to them? Shall we try argument? Sir, we have been trying that for the last ten years. Have we anything new to offer upon the subject? Nothing. We have held the subject up in every light of which it is capable; but it has been all in vain. Shall we resort to entreaty and humble supplication? What terms shall we find which have not been already exhausted? Let us not, I beseech you, sir, deceive ourselves. Sir, we have done everything that could be done, to avert the storm which is now coming on. We have petitioned; we have remonstrated; we have supplicated; we have prostrated ourselves before the throne, and have implored its interposition to arrest the tyrannical hands of the ministry and Parliament. Our petitions have been slighted; our remonstrances have produced additional violence and insult; our supplications have been disregarded; and we have been spurned, with contempt, from the foot of the throne. In vain, after these things, may we indulge the fond hope of peace and reconciliation. There is no longer any room for hope. ONCE YOU GET ON THIS TRAIN, YOU CAN’T GET OFF

  • Author’s note: Election season is in full blossom. Both sides have morphed from “let’s solidify our base” before the convention to “make whatever promises necessary” in order to win the election. Hillary is a full-blown criminal and serial liar and has been for the majority of her life. Trump needs someone to send him a fifty-five-gallon barrel of Aunt Jemima syrup to go with all of his waffles. (First Obama was not born in America—now he was; I will build a wall—-maybe, I will (might) export all illegals; I don’t trust those folks at Goldman Sachs who gave Hillary all of that money for speeches but I will hire one of their former employers to advise my campaign.) Unfortunately, those who get all caught up in election season even begin to make promises and lie for their favorite candidates. (Check Facebook; According to his supporters Trump will cancel all of Obama’s executive orders and prosecute the Obama’s and the Clinton’s as soon as he takes office.)

The huge problem is: that no matter which candidate wins the election they will be very limited in what they personally can do–simply because our government has been controlled by what has been referred to as the “Deep State,” “The Power Cabal,” “The National Security State” or simply the “Continuity of Government” plan which was implemented over 15 years ago. Yes, the candidate you vote for is simply a puppet who for 4 or 8 years will simply move according to pressure applied to their strings by operatives within the “Deep State” and dance to the music of the international banking orchestra. Here is an article I wrote on this subject some time back but it is most relevant today as well.

Should anyone trust a man former president Richard Nixon once praised as “a ruthless little bastard?” What if this man teamed up with another lifelong politician who stated emphatically, “Principle is ok up to a certain point, but principle doesn’t do any good if you lose the nomination?” These two men experienced tremendous influence in the power politics of our country for decades.

Although these men, void of any scruples other than might-makes-right, played musical chairs in the Gerald Ford administration, switching between Chief of Staff and Secretary of Defense. They came together again with a purpose in the Ronald Reagan administration. They are, of course, Donald Rumsfeld and Dick Cheney.

Reagan, every true Republican’s dream of the perfect president, was responsible for initiating the development of a plan which would totally suspend the Constitution and Bill of Rights and place the control of a “shadow government” into the hands of a very few people. Ostensibly this would only occur during a nuclear attack on this country and would ensure the continuity of government through the crisis. But, unfortunately, we have learned in this country that if a politician sees the opportunity to gain power and to do so would require a crisis, it is not beyond these people of little to no principles to create the necessary crisis. Since fabricating a nuclear attack on this country would require perhaps insurmountable challenges, the bar for the implementation of this shadow government had to be significantly lowered.

Reagan knew, or should have known, there were no provisions in the Constitution for its suspension in the time of emergency. Yet, Reagan set in motion, by secret directive, the formation and operational designs for such a proxy government. This was not only a written decree from the executive, it was actually practiced. Once a year three “teams” would be deployed throughout the country with people playacting the parts of president and cabinet members. These exercises would be conducted on a closed military facility or in some remote part of the country. Even though Donald Rumsfeld was not in government at the time, but was the CEO of a large pharmaceutical company and Dick Cheney was a member of Congress from Wyoming, both participated in these mock drills on a continuing basis. Since former presidential chiefs-of-staff usually played the part of the president in these drills, Rumsfeld and Cheney got lots of practice.

Presidential succession is set forth by the Constitution (Article II, Section 1, Clause 6) and the 25th Amendment; the continuity of government plan (COG) completely ignores both. Indeed, as previously stated, the entire COG is unconstitutional as an unelected bureaucrat could act as president.

Since the days of Alexander Hamilton and his merry band of monarchists, enterprising politicians with no principles, but tons of ambition, have set about to circumvent the restrictions and impediments to wealth and power known as either the Articles of Confederation or a Constitution and Bill of Rights.

The existence of the plans for a suspension of the constitution and rule by executive directive appears to have first surfaced publicly during the Iran-Contra hearings.

Brooks: Colonel North, in your work at the N.S.C. were you not assigned, at one time, to work on plans for the continuity of government in the event of a major disaster?

Both North’s attorney and Sen. Daniel Inouye, the Democratic Chair of the Committee, responded in a way that showed they were aware of the issue:

Brendan Sullivan [North’s counsel, agitatedly]: Mr. Chairman?

[Senator Daniel] Inouye: I believe that question touches upon a highly sensitive and classified area so may I request that you not touch upon that?

Brooks: I was particularly concerned, Mr. Chairman because I read in Miami papers, and several others, that there had been a plan developed, by that same agency, a contingency plan in the event of emergency that would suspend the American constitution. And I was deeply concerned about it and wondered if that was an area in which he had worked. I believe that it was and I wanted to get his confirmation.

Inouye: May I most respectfully request that that matter not be touched upon at this stage. If we wish to get into this, I’m certain arrangements can be made for an executive session.

Near the end of Reagan’s term in 1988, he would redefine the plan to include events other than a nuclear attack. (Executive Order 12656) COG now could be implemented with anything a member of the political power structure deemed a “national emergency.” Of course, what constitutes a national emergency is left to the discretion of those who would profit from such a determination. One cannot help but be reminded of Alexander Hamilton’s explanation to Thomas Jefferson as to what “necessary” means to a politician. Is there any wonder that Jefferson would write, “Hamilton was not only a monarchist, but for a monarchy bottomed on corruption.”

Was it plan or providence that brought Rumsfeld and Cheney back into power when the Supreme Court suspended an election, ordered the state of Florida to stop counting the people’s votes, and declared George W. Bush president?

Cheney, when made the chair of the committee to select a VP candidate to fill out the ticket of George W. Bush, decided the most qualified candidate for that office was himself. And his longtime political partner, Rumsfeld, was installed as Secretary of Defense.

Then, of course, along came 9/11. In the interest of full disclosure, let me here state the only thing I am sure of concerning the events of 9/11 is that our government is lying about the entire event.

But, it is beyond argument that 9/11 did occur; it is also beyond debate that within hours of those events, Dick Cheney, not President Bush, enacted the Continuity of Government (COG) plan which suspended the Constitution. (Please note: one of the originators of an act which suspended constitutional governance in this country, implemented that plan to suspend the US Constitution and Bill of Rights, an unconstitutional act on its face.) I’m sure that Hamilton and his disciples Cheney and Rumsfeld would declare 9/11 necessitated the need for such an action.

Unfortunately, most citizens of this country had no idea a plan had been implemented that created a secret “shadow government” unencumbered with rules, regulations and inspection by Congress or the public. The first possible awareness appeared in an article in the Washington Post in March of 2002 titled, “Shadow Government is at work in Secret.” The article can be found here.

It became readily apparent neither the Senate nor the House of Representatives were aware of this “shadow government” and certainly had not been consulted on its implementation. Could it be the Patriot Act, a tyrannical, unconstitutional piece of legislation was created by this secret government? One thing for sure is: two of the strongest dissenters to this proposal were Tom Daschle, Senate Majority leader and Patrick Leahy, head of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Is it mere coincidence these two opponents to the Patriot Act received letters containing spores of deadly Anthrax? Is it also coincidence that shortly after that, both dropped their opposition?

We know that President George W. Bush continued the “shadow government” on May 9, 2007, with National Security Presidential Directive 51 and Homeland Security Presidential Directive 20. Only the unclassified portions of these directives were published. When Congressman Peter DeFazio of the Homeland Security Commission asked to see the classified portions of this presidential and Homeland Security directive, his request was denied.

We also know that Obama continued the continuity of government plans as established during the Bush administration on July 27th, 2009 stating his administration draws “no distance between their own policies and those left behind by the Bush administration.”

John McCain stated in 2008 that the “war on terror” could last 100 years. Leon Panetta, another former SecDef, said the war against ISIS could take up to 30 years. We know that to continue with the suspension of at least portions of the Constitution requires a “national emergency.” There is no finer claim for emergency than being in a war that is expected to last for years.

War requires an enemy, and for the better part of 40 years our out-of-control national security apparatus has either lied us into wars or created the enemies we fight. There is substantial, credible evidence our shadow government created, financed and equipped al-Qaeda, ISIS, al Nusra and the Azov Battalion in the Ukraine. War is the reason for this secret government and those within this power cabal will continue to foment and prosecute wars because it accomplishes two important goals: The cabal has no restrictions on its actions while those in the military/industrial/congressional complex grow wealthy beyond their wildest dreams and the people are continually subjected to liberty destroying legislation such as the Patriot Act, NDAA, and a heavily militarized police state.

We have a criminal enterprise in power in this country that has suspended our Constitution and Bill of Rights and rules by secret orders from a shadow government. Elections mean nothing. Electing a person to congress who has no power when it comes to confronting this shadow government is an effort in futility. Electing a new president is a waste of time, money and effort. He/she has already bought into this madness or they would not stand a chance of being elected for the cabal controlled mainstream media is truly the electorate. They declare who or who is not electable and the masses follow their lead.

No American will ever be free as long as this shadow government is in control.

WHAT ABOUT FREEDOM IS SO PUZZLING?

More and more people seem to be having problems understanding the meaning of freedom and exactly how one can go about ensuring they have the opportunity to exercise their Creator-granted unalienable rights.

I must confess here to being somewhat taken aback by many white folks and their lack of understanding about what freedom actually is. Most of the white folks I know consider themselves to be “conservative,” at least here in my corner of the woods and many of them believe “freedom” is accomplished by telling other folks what they can and cannot do, especially if what those folks want to do is seen to somehow interfere with the “nationalism” espoused by these conservatives.

The points I will attempt to make with this article have to do with recent events in which Colin Kaepernick and others have “voiced” their displeasure with what they see as discrimination against people of color, especially when it comes to treatment by members of law enforcement.

Since 2001, most law enforcement training in this country revolves around or is compatible with, a model created by the Israeli intelligence agency, Mossad. In this training, any person encountered by police is to be treated as a potential terrorist. A recent attendee of a local law enforcement academy, himself a 20 plus year veteran of law enforcement in Southern California, told me new cops were being trained to be assassins, not cops. This type of training has resulted in a completely different mindset among those who enter the field of law enforcement and a dramatic increase in the number of people shot by police; black and white.

Yes, proportionately speaking, more members of the black community are victims of this mindset than are whites but when it comes to overall numbers, more whites are the victims of police brutality than are blacks.

LaVoy Finicum, a white man, was shot in the back by members of law enforcement and no one has been charged in this blatant act of murder. Some would ask where were the Black Lives Matter folks when LaVoy was shot and I would ask the same question of the white community—where were you?

Rancher Jack Yantis, a white man, was shot and killed in Idaho by two deputies who had contacted Yantis to “put down” one of his bulls which had been hit by an automobile in a local roadway. Somehow, something went terribly wrong and Jack Yantis was shot multiple times by the very men who called and asked for his help and killed on the spot with his friend Rowdy Paradis witnessing the entire event. It has been recently announced that the deputies who shot Yantis will not face any charges or discipline and are back on the job. This is a terrible miscarriage of justice and is well documented by Will Grigg, along with many more examples of police criminality here. Will Grigg continues to expose the underbelly of the beast and I highly recommend his blog for those interested in the truth.

So, Rebel, where are you going with this line of reasoning and what does it have to do with Colin Kaepernick and his protest one might ask?

I, of course, have seen all the blather about the “disrespect” for the flag and veterans and how Kaepernick should lose his job or face other forms of strict discipline in public and on social media. The people who advocate for such penalties have absolutely no clue about the spirit of freedom. People, Colin Kaepernick and others who have taken a knee, raised a fist or some other form of “protest” are exercising their First Amendment rights. Again, those rights come from our Creator and are unalienable in nature. Yet, the uber-patriotic nationalists among us insist upon fealty and proper decorum (according to their rules) reference such actions. This represents a classic example of the difference between patriotism and nationalism as defined in my opening quote. A true Patriot would be proud to live in a country where dissent can be openly expressed and presented. A nationalist wants everyone punished who does not agree with their agenda. Which one are you?

What a wonderful country we might have if those who are so upset about honoring a flag (cloth) and our NATIONAL anthem (a song) were as adamant and enthusiastic about supporting our Constitution and Bill of Rights. I’m ready to take odds that the vast majority of those who are all “hurt” about Kaepernick and others “disrespect” for our flag and national anthem have repeatedly voted for politicians, most of them of the Republican persuasion, who are working hard to destroy this once great republic.

There have been two extremely evil empires in 20th Century history. They were commanded and led by prominent figures who insisted on total fealty to themselves and their nations symbols. The most evil of the two was Joseph Stalin and second to him in evil was Adolph Hitler. In the Soviet Union and in Nazi Germany anyone who did not bow and scrape to the honored symbols of their country would meet a violent end or simply disappear. How many of those wonderful “patriots” in this country have wished the same for Kaepernick and others who have exercised their First amendment rights to not worship this country’s symbols? There are many; I have read their comments and heard them speak.

Our founders never intended for this country to be a “nation.” Conversely, they insisted the word “national” describing our government be removed from our Constitution after it had been inserted into the wording by Gouverneur Morris in 1787. The vote was unanimous for our founders fully understood the inherent dangers of nationalism.

We have ignored repeated warning about our overzealous love of government, its employees and its symbols. None of those are more relevant today than the words written by George Orwell in his magnum opus, 1984.

“Actions are held to be good or bad, not on their own merits, but according to who does them. There is almost no kind of outrage—torture, imprisonment without trial, assassination, the bombing of civilians—which does not change its moral color when it is committed by ‘our’ side. The nationalist not only does not disapprove of atrocities committed by his own side, he has a remarkable capacity for not even hearing about them.”

 If there is a better description of those who are clamoring for the heads of Colin Kaepernick and his growing number of supporters than those of Orwell, they have not yet been written.

This has become a strange country indeed. Anyone who stands adamantly for the government of our founders is considered to be a potential domestic terrorist. What if a person who truly loves what this country originally stood for was to write today the words written by our founders in the 18th century? Frank Cobb addressed this very possibility:

“If the author of the Declaration of Independence were to utter such a sentiment today, the Post Office Department could exclude him from the mail, grand juries could indict him for sedition and criminal syndicalism, legislative committees could seize his private papers and United States Senators would be clamoring for his deportation that he should be sent back to live with the rest of the terrorists.”

A huge deception has been played out on those who in their hearts believe they are supporting our Constitution and Bill of Rights. Those who are screaming from the rooftops for the removal of the rights listed in our First Amendment for people like Kaepernick have completely forgotten that true freedom means being able to say no to the masses and the government, especially when the line between patriotism and nationalism is eliminated as it is today.

Ironic is it not that a warning given to the people standing trial for crimes against humanity and prosecuting an aggressive war over 60 years ago (National Socialists) is now most relevant to those who claim to be patriots in this country?

What will it take to get these overzealous nationalists to be as faithful to our Constitution and Bill of Rights as they are to a piece of cloth and a song? No one can be truly free when they deny the same to others!
